In 2021, Beekeeper Group conducted an advocacy infrastructure audit for the Infectious Diseases Society of America to help them re-engage their advocacy audience and build a stronger grassroots advocacy program. In this video, Cat Proulx goes into some of the insights that we discovered through that audit process, and how IDSA has been able to build a stronger advocate base in the years since.
